ALL RETURNS
GENESIS CORPORATE will not accept the return of delivered goods. Exception will be made for defective goods or return of samples. In all other instances prior arrangement and approval by GENESIS CORPORATE management is necessary. The following conditions apply to all returns:
Conditions:
All goods must be in their original condition and packaging, unbranded and undamaged.
All returns must be accompanied by the orignal documentation.
GENESIS CORPORATE will not accept any returns of:
USB Memory sticks, Sales items, Any electronic goods, Branded items.
Refund Period
No refunds, other than samples as descibed below, will be allowed unless by prior arrangement with management.
Handeling fee
Returns, other than samples as descibed below, are subject to a 20% handeling and administration fee.
Client will be liable for all transports costs on returns to our suppliers central branches in Johannesburg South Africa.
The process of checking and returning orders back into stock for resale may take up to 7 working days. Any refund or credit note my only be issued once this process has been completed and goods are found to be in original condition.
SAMPLE RETURNS
Exclusions (in addition to the above):
Individual products priced at less than R50.00 ex vat are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Period:
Samples must be returned within 7 working days of the collection date to be eligible for a refund.
Handeling Fee:
There will be no handling fee on sample returns.
PRODUCT QUALITY RETURNS
Time period:
Products subject to a quality review must be returned to GENESIS CORPORATE within 7 working days from the date of collection.
Refund Period:
All quality review returns are subject to inspection by GENESIS CORPORATE. Any refund or credit note due may take up to 7 working days to be processed if the goods are found at GENESIS CORPORATE's discretion, to be defective or faulty.
If the goods are not deemed defective then they will be available for collection from GENESIS CORPORATE's Johannesburg depot at the clients cost.
BRANDING GUIDE LINES
Acceptable file formats:
Vector artwork is preferred (.CDR / .EPS /.AI / .PDF). ALL fonts MUST be converted to curves or fonts must be included.
Artwork for full colour printing must include bleeds where necessary. JPEG's are only accepted for full colour branding if the client does not need changes to artwork as this is not an editable file format. These Jpegs must be of at least 200dpi and at the production size required.
The following information will also fast track your artwork:
Logo size, Position, Open Adobe Illustrator file and relative fonts if they haven't been converted to curves, Pantone colours where applicable. (Colour codes for each specific colour in a logo or artwork.), Any other specifics that we would need to be aware of in order to get your layout accurate.
LEAD TIME AND DELIVERY
General:
All products are quoted on a 5-8 working day lead-time on stock items unless otherwise indicated. Manufactured items will be quoted on a job by job basis.
All quotes include delivery in the product cost for the specified regions requested by the client. Cape Town is the default if no region is specified. If no region has been specified, or the incorrect region has been specified, additional courier charges may apply.
GENESIS CORPORATE can not be held liable if delays in the above production lead-times occur due to unforeseen delays affecting the couriers.
Specials:
All products are quoted on a 5-8 working day lead-time on stock items unless otherwise indicated.
All quotes include delivery to the following central courier regions: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Johannesburg and Pretoria, unless otherwise specified. Other regions will need to be costed seperately and the difference will be added to the exsisting quote.
